A census tract with a median household income for the most recent 24\u2013month period for which data are available that is equal to or less than 75% of the median household income for the state (75% of State median income calculated as $73,845 using 2018-2022 ACS data).<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>4. A housing project as defined in § 12\u2013101 of the housing and community development article.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN>Unemployment and income metrics for the State and by Census Tract were obtained from the US Census Bureau American Community Survey (2020-2024).
